Working on level 6 specific skills like rewinds and... well honestly its mostly rewinds... Rewinds take a lot of time to develop. These sessions will be working on rewind technique, drills and rewind adjacent skills (like pop throughs and ball ups) to start you on your free flipping adventure.

These sessions are open to all athletes from level 5 and above.Â
Rival athletes that also cross into Shogun and therefore have conflicting practice times, may participate at the discretion of the Shogun head coaches and should discuss with them prior to booking a slot
